This is a great thermal carafe coffeemaker! It makes a tasty, hot cup of coffee! The features are easy to use. The thermal carafe hold 10 cups. Most thermals only hold 8. I've been looking at thermals for a long, long time now. I was interested in the Capresso, but it seemed way too pricey. The others had very mixed reviews. This one can't be beat, and the price is great. Another great thing about the Zogi is that the carafe is all stainless steel...no glass interior that can get broken. I highly recommend this product!
