I waited for two weeks for the Zoji to finally arrive. Conducted my due diligence... researched Amazon web site, etc... then selected what I thought was the best value for my needs. But the unit we received is defective so it's going back to Amazon (who, by the way, are easy to deal with on defective returns within 30 days). I was going to rate this item a bit higher but I need to be fair about this so it gets one star for non-performance and unreliability. It's plugged-in, and instructions followed- it just won't pump water or brew coffee.
