I purchased this coffeemaker around Xmas. I was looking for a nice looking coffee maker with a carafe to keep coffee warm. The reviews were outstanding and I got a great deal with Amazon, so I decided to try it. It came about a few days after I ordered it and tried it right away.
Pros:
Great coffee.
Makes cofee really quick.
Shuts off as soon as coffee is done.
Its very pretty.
Coffee is hot.
Cons:
It is definetely tall, but fits perfectly under my kitchen cabinet. I have to move it forward to put in coffee and water.
#4 Cone filters don't fit. I started cutting off about 1 inch, but then got lazy. Now I just place it in and make sure it doesn't bend by pushing out the sides.
Coffee stays hot for about 1 1/2 hours (not several hours). I usually fill it up with hot water before making coffee. But it's so quick, making more is not a problem.
