When I received product, it immediately had a severe leak out of the water quantity display piece. Not a drop here or there, but a steady stream. I had to put silicone on it to use it. After that, I am happy with it. It brews good coffee, fast. I live in a solar house, so I like that there is no hotpot for the coffee to sit on. The thermal carafe really does keep the coffee hot for 3-4 hours. It is tough getting used to the pour spout as it seems to dribble out. But I can live with that.
