I have had this product for over a month and I have found it to be extremely user friendly and simple to clean. The major drawback is that the coffee dose not come out quite hot enough. Even if you pour a cup right after brewing, the coffee is more on the very warm side than hot. Another problem may be the height of the machine. It fits fine in my kitchen but if you have an older kitchen with low cabinets this may be a difficulty.
