I've owned 2 of these already and the 2nd one just died. They seem to last about 1 1/2 years and then something goes out. But... in spite of that where else can you get a thermal coffee maker with a timer that isn't a Black & Decker? I will eventually order my 3rd. Highly recommended, just don't expect it to last forever.
