I really do find this coffee maker to be of a good quality.I have had it for a few weeeks now and it makes the coffee within approximitly 3-4 minutes.It carafe keeps it hot for several hours,and it pours well.I have had many types including bunn and I find it works as well as a bunn.the part you put the coffee in instead of it just swinging open to the side it has to be lifted off on on side to make the other side swing open,thats a little inconvienent,but I also know over a period of time if it wasn't made like that a leaking dissater could occur.So I would reccomend the coffee maker.The other draw back is its made in China I wasn't aware of that.Get more detail about Zojirushi EC-BD15 Fresh Brew Thermal Carafe Coffee Maker.
