I would have rated this product a five except the first carrafe came no where near meeting the Zojirushi thermal Specifications. Now that they replaced the carrafe we are very happy with the EC-BD15. We purcahsed this product because we have the large Zo bread machine and are very happy with it, used only for mixing and rising.
