I bought my Zojirushi machine a month ago and so far so good. (I say this as my husband and I seem to have bad coffee machine karma, always breaking them.) I gave it 4 not 5 stars because the coffee filter area is a little difficult to use. Filter has to be tangled with a bit to get it in and the arm that dispenses water has to be moved away and then back to position.
Makes good tasting coffee. One warning--there is a cap on top of pot that must be removed before brewing. It gets put on after coffee is made to keep it hot.
