I am SO disappointed with this coffee maker!! I was really looking forward to getting this so when it showed up at 6:30pm I said I was making a pot! Taking it out of the box I found a cheap plastic machine, but didn't want to jump to any conclusions until the coffee was made. Well, I couldn't open the carafe to get the coffee out and it took me about 4-5 mins to drain the contents . I am really shocked at all the rave reviews that were listed for this maker. My FREE Gevalia maker makes this look like a Wal-Mart special!
