Their logo indicates that Zojirushi is a whimsical little elephant. The machine is an efficient, cleanly designed, easily operated drip coffee maker. The point made by one reviewer that you have to be extremely careful to align the bottom of the drip chamber and the the thermal carafe tells me more than I wanted to know about the limited intelligence of that reviewer.
