I am not one to usually submit a review, however, I feel inclined to do so for this purchase. Like others, I researched and researched before buying this coffee maker. I have had no problems with it so far and it has produced outstanding coffee. Also, the thermal carafe works amazingly well. I love iced coffee and put the whole carafe in the frig and 24 hours later, the coffee was just starting to turn cold. I couldn't believe that after 6 or 8 hours in the frig, It was still steaming!
