I am by no means an expert in coffee makers, but I offer my own humble opinion on my purchase the Zojirushi EC BD15. It brews great tasting coffee at a hot temp. I am used to being able to gulp my first taste, but find with the Zojirushi that temp limits me to a careful sip for starters. It was an easy task going from the box to the run through pot to the first pot of great coffee.
