I have been using this machine for about a month. Hence only a 4 star rating. This coffee maker is the first that I have used that has a thermal carafe. It is great! No more burnt taste and it stays hot for hours. If the lid is screwed down after pouring a cup, it will hold good heat for 5 hours or more.
