This is a simple straight forward unit that delivers very good coffee in a very short time and keeps it hot for about 2 hours. I have read the other reviews and am confused. I found no problems programing the timer or setting the unit to make coffee. I must confess, I didn't read the directions. Hey folks, this is NOT rocket science, you put water and grounds in the top and get coffee out the bottom!
