I read all the reviews and ordered this one with trepidation. It came out of the box and after the first rinsing brew, I loaded it up with some joe. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use. We've had it now over a month and I can honestly say we'll never go back to glass carafe. There are no bugs with this very simple machine so far.
